Paperwork has been the enemy for years. So we designed, created and are hosting a custom web application that saves all the steps in the middle. The application is for financial data that is imported from an external source in a proprietary Excel format containing almost 60,000 records and nearly 900 pages. They used to parse it by hand when they got the printed package from FedEx. We built the database to extract this data and file it accordingly across nearly a dozen database tables. And the entire import script takes less than 30 seconds to run. Clients then can login and download data that's organized how they want it. Selections include by data, by company, by employer or any combination thereof. To date there are nearly 2 million records with thousands of active logins. We even tied our system to another proprietary third party vendor they use, so our system talks directly to theirs, saving the user from remembering numerous websites, usernames and passwords.

We also designed, developed and are hosting the public website complete with drop-down menus and a content management system to update certain parts of the site.
